Searchable Sea Literature is devoted to works by North American authors, including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and plays. This list of works has been expanded from what was initially derived for The Encyclopedia of American Literature of the Sea and the Great Lakes (Jill Gidmark, ed., 2000).
