Susanne Davis is the author of the linked short story collection, The Appointed Hour, (Cornerstone Press), and novel Gravity Hill, which won 2nd place in Madville Publishing’s 2021 Blue Moon Literary Competition and is forthcoming September 2022. Her stories and essays have won prizes and recognition and have been published in American Short Fiction, Notre Dame Review, The Clackamas Literary Review, descant, St. Petersburg Review, Freshwater Literary Review and many others. She holds an M.F.A. from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and lives in Glastonbury, CT.
