Gabriele Davis is the author of Peaches (Abrams, 2024) and Our Joyful Noise (Atheneum, 2024). Her third (soon to be announced) picture book will release in 2027.

Gabriele has worked as a children’s magazine editor, freelance language arts writer, a yoga teacher and laugh therapy instructor. She currently offers academic support and writing skills development to middle school students. She is a member of the 12X12 Picture Book Challenge, SCBWI and BCHQ. She has been a PBParty judge since 2021. 

Gabriele lives and writes in the Northwest Hills of Connecticut with her husband and cardboard-eating cat Panther. She enjoys hiking, biking, baking and spending time with her energetic, book-loving grandchildren.
